As a Digital Inbound Marketing Specialist with KOREC, you’ll

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive inbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth

• Take control of KOREC’s keyword estate, identifying and prioritising revenue-generating keywords across organic and paid initiatives

• Develop and manage SEO strategies that boost organic search rankings, improve visibility, and increase inbound traffic from B2B audiences

• Plan, create, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and more

• Leverage new search technologies, like SGE/AI, to optimise content for conversational and generative search results

• Manage campaign budgets effectively and analyse data to maximise ROI and achieve lead generation targets

What Your Day Looks Like

If you love executing high-impact digital marketing strategies and analysing performance data, this role is perfect for you. You will be tasked with driving inbound traffic, optimising paid campaigns, and working closely with content creators to ensure SEO alignment. With a dedicated budget, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the inbound marketing strategy and contribute to the development of our new website.

Key Responsibilities

• Take control of KOREC’s keyword estate, ensuring revenue-generating keywords are identified and prioritised through inbound organic and paid initiatives.

Organic Inbound (SEO & SGE/AI)

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building, to improve organic search rankings and visibility for B2B target audiences.

• Find off-page and novel SEO opportunities, such as LinkedIn, and leverage them.

• Monitor and adapt strategies for emerging search technologies like SGE/AI, optimising content for conversational and generative AI search results.

• Conduct regular SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaborate with internal content creators to ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with inbound marketing goals.

Paid Inbound (PPC & Ads)

• Plan, create, and manage effective paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, and other platforms.

• Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy development tailored for B2B acquisition.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise bids, targeting, and ad creatives to maximise ROI and achieve lead generation targets.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend and performance across all paid channels.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs for all inbound marketing activities, proving RoI.

• Use appropriate tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement and opportunities to maximise investment.

• Present regular reports on progress and results to internal stakeholders.

• Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, identifying new opportunities and trends in inbound marketing.

• Work with the wider marketing team to share knowledge and best practices.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (UK/Ireland)

Success Criteria

Ultimately, your responsibility is to drive inbound lead generation and revenue growth for KOREC Group measured by ROI and consistently meeting targets.

What We're Seeking

• Demonstrable experience in driving solid inbound lead generation/revenue growth in a B2B environment.

• Passionately up to date with the latest trends in SEO and AI, with experience in implementing successful strategies to win the SERP and SGE/AI, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

• Strong content focus, with the ability to create SEO content yourself and optimise content sourced from elsewhere in the business.

• Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads (PPC) and Microsoft Advertising.

• Mastery of technical tooling, including the Google Suite (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, Looker, etc.), and other tools you deem necessary (e.g., Chat GPT, SEMrush, Surfer, etc.).

• Comfortable working with data, including finding and owning data sources to make data-driven decisions and reporting.

Desirable

• Experience with leveraging LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation.

• Experience working across multiple territories (UK and Ireland).

• Familiarity with the surveying, mapping, construction, or geospatial industries.

• Experience in an organisation with a strong focus on B2B hardware via field sales.

• Knowledge of Pipedrive, Leadoo, MS Clarity.

• Experience managing non-search ad sources (Reddit, LinkedIn, Meta).
