Job Brief

As a Renewals Administrator at KOREC Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing warranty renewal administration within the Operations department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the entire lifecycle of warranty, subscriptions, and other software renewals, ensuring timely reminders, processing sales orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end warranty and software renewal processes, including issuing reminders, following up with clients, preparing quotes, managing license allocation, and processing sales orders

• Provide professional and efficient telephone support, delivering outstanding customer service

• Collaborate with the Renewals & Compliance Manager to assist with compliance-related tasks, such as audit preparation, to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards

• Contribute to the smooth operation of the company by carrying out additional duties and tasks as required

• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to Health and Safety processes, safeguarding the interests of the business, employees, and customers

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in operations administration or a related role is highly desirable

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using computer software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, for accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and customers

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all administrative processes

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices is advantageous

• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Desirable

• Experience within the Survey/Construction/Geospatial industry is advantageous

• Previous sales experience is considered a plus
