Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line hardware and software support to end-users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently, and they have a smooth IT experience.

• Collaborate with our talented networking and communication experts to assist in maintaining and optimizing our cutting-edge systems

• Utilize your keen analytical skills to generate insightful reports on IT performance and issues, empowering our team to make data-driven decisions

• Act as a valuable liaison with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and top-notch service delivery

• Play a pivotal role in our IT equipment and service procurement process, making sure we have the right tools and resources to excel in our daily operations

• Contribute your expertise to the planning and implementation of exciting IT projects, driving innovation and continuous improvement

• Take charge of managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and up-to-date

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A passion for IT, backed by relevant IT qualifications or proven experience in an IT role.

• Proficiency in Windows 10, Server, and Hyper-V, demonstrating your technical expertise

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with networking principles, enabling seamless connectivity and communication

• Familiarity with software applications such as InspHire and Microsoft Great Plains, making you an asset to our systems

• Experience with Office 365 and Gamma Horizon, ensuring you're well-versed in modern collaborative tools

• Database management skills, including knowledge of Qlikview, empowering you to analyze and interpret data effectively

• A solid understanding of IT security principles, ensuring our systems and data are safeguarded from potential threats

• Proficient in Active Directory management, enabling you to handle user accounts and access permissions efficiently

• Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, a superhero when it comes to resolving technical challenges

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empowering you to connect with colleagues and end-users effectively

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, valuing the power of collective efforts

Note: The role may involve occasional travel and requires a valid driver's license. Remote work options are available. Training and overviews will be provided on any necessary systems, but the candidate should have a foundation in IT and be capable of independent troubleshooting.
