As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Back-End Software Developer to lead the evolution of our product. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, shaping the backbone of a platform that impacts professionals an industries globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable server-side applications using C# .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 5. , Python based on AWS cloud services
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs that are secure, efficient, and scalable.
  • Optimize server-side code for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are implemented.

What You’ll Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a back-end developer, preferably with SaaS or data-intensive platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable, secure, and efficient back-end systems.
  • Experience with geospatial technologies, GIS platforms, or processing spatial datasets is a strong plus.

Technical Expertise

  • Programming Languages: Proficient in languages such as C# .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 5., Python.
  • Frameworks & Tools: Experience with frameworks like HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
  • Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/PostGIS) and NoSQL databases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, for data storage, computation, and deployment.
  • Automated Testing: Hands-on experience using xUnit , Xray or Playwright
  • Source Control: Hands-on experience with git and GitHub, and familiarity with code review procedures
  • Containerization: Familiarity with (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Geospatial Tools: Knowledge of geospatial libraries (e.g., GDAL, Shapely) or mapping APIs (e.g., Leaflet, Mapbox, Cesium) is advantageous.
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs that are secure, efficient, and scalable.
  • Implement security and data protection mechanisms.
  • Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
